Past Winners

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

1. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.

2. By entering this contest, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules.

3. Prizes will include a Packers Road Trip for Two and a $500 Packers Pro Shop gift certificate. Trip includes round trip airfare, hotel and game tickets. Trip will be during 2003 season. Winner also receives a one-year subscription to Packer Plus and Packer Insider.

4. Prizes are not transferable and are not extendible to any other person and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Only one entry per envelope, please.

6. Entries must be on the "Official Ballot" entry form. Faxed or illegible entries are void.

8. Winners will be drawn at random from all completed entries received. All entries are final.

9. You must be 18 years of age to enter this contest and a legal US resident.

10. Winners will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and publicity and liability release and a W-9 form. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and surcharges.

11. Participants acknowledge that the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Inc., their subsidiaries and affiliates, their advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, or advertising clients will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or participation in their contest.

12. Winners agree to disclosure of their names, hometown, and likeness for publicity purposes without compensation. All entries become the property of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Inc.

13. Employees of the Green Bay Packers, Journal Communications and its divisions, participating sponsors (Bielinski Custom Homes, Best Buy, Stein Gardens & Gifts and Shopko), and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter this contest.
