2002 WINNER:
WANDA BOGGS from Brookfield, WI
A classroom essay of their third grade teacher, "The greatest
Packers fan in the whole history of football":
G is for Graph. Mrs. Boggs can hardly
wait to pull out her Packers graph each Monday morning. She goes crazy
when the Packers side is higher. She goes "Kaplooey" if their opponent's
side is higher. She is a Packers maniac.
By Hannah Rosencrantz and Daniel Harrigan
O is for obsessed with the Packers. Mrs.
Boggs is so obsessed; she has green all around her. She has a Packers
flag in her classroom and Packers stickers on her door. She dreams
about Brett Favre and thinks she is Brett Farve the second.
By Michael Grauvogl and
Danny Buck
P is for persistent fan. Mrs. Boggs will
never reach a dead end of being an extreme Green Bay Packer's fan.
Mrs. Boggs will explode like a volcano if the Packers win. Even if
the Packers lose, she'll never stop being a Green Bay Packers fan.
By Mikayla Kelley and Danny
Turelli
A is for awesome teamwork. I bet you've
probably heard about the awesome teamwork the Packers have, but have
you ever heard of the teamwork a teacher and her class have? My teacher
is always trying to keep us working as a team just like the Packers.
By Abby and Nick
C is for cheesehead. Mrs. Boggs is an
awesome Packers fan. She likes to eat cheese three times a day. She
looks funny with cheese decorations in her hair. Mrs. Boggs has crazy
cheese earrings. Mrs. Boggs does not care if she looks crazy and foolish.
By Tom Buday and Gator
Schaefer
K is for keep alive with faith. Even
when Packers lose 470 to 0, Mrs. Boggs is still yacking about how
the Packers played. Sometimes when the Packers win she is so happy,
that during math she's jawing away about their team. K is for keeping
the team alive!
By Aaron Davis
and Thomas Hawthorne
E is for exploding with wins. You do
not want to see our teacher Mrs. Boggs in the morning when the Packers
win. She is bouncing off the walls and going nuts for the Packers.
If she could afford it, Mrs. Boggs would have her house painted green
and gold.
By Matt and
Mason
R is for really cool team and class. That
means Packers spirit. You will find Packers spirit in our classroom.
The team would like it here. You can find Packers things like Packers
posters, banners, stickers and stuffed animals.
By Nicold Schmitz and Kendria Donaldon
S is for Super Favre / Super Boggs. Favre
leads the team and their teacher, the class. They both laugh, yet
take control! They throw football passes and learning passes. Mrs.
Boggs favorite team is the Packers and they both work hard in their
field.
